Returns and Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@jewelleryhutuk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage will need to be covered by the customer.
Earrings, nose jewellery, sale items, ring sizers, purchased shine cloths and personalised items are non-returnable.
**Refund Policy for Ring Deals or discount codes:**
- Refunds are accepted for purchases made under our Ring Deal promotions.
- In the event of a return, the refund will be processed for the cheapest ring in the deal, regardless of which item is returned.
- Please note Personalised rings are non-refundable, whether purchased as part of a deal or not.
Orders which contain sets (multiple items sold together), cannot be returned individually.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund. Personalised products, earrings and nose jewellery cannot be exchanged. Please allow up to 7 working days for exchanges to be processed.
Refunds
We will inform you when we receive and inspect your return. We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, the refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your specific bank or credit card company.
