Returns and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage will need to be covered by the customer.
Earrings, nose jewellery and personalised items are non-returnable.
Orders which contain sets (multiple items sold together), cannot be returned individually.
Refunds for orders with set discount codes such as "Buy one ring, get one 25% off", will have the cheapest item refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund. Personalised products, earrings and nose jewellery cannot be exchanged. Please allow up to 7 working days for exchanges to be processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund time varies on your specific bank or credit card company.
