How do I wear Infinity Hoops?

To put on your earring hoop, follow these simple steps:
1. Hold the hoop with your thumb and index finger on each hand.
2. Slowly open the earring hoop as shown in the photo below.
3. Once the hoop is open, thread it through your piercing.
4. To finish, gently close the earring hoop using the same method as step one.

Avoid bending them with excessive force as this will distort them. That's it! You're all set to rock your new earrings.

What ring size am I?

A simple method is to wrap a piece of string around your finger and measure. This will correspond to a ring size. Please use a search engine for a ring-size chart. Our ring sizes correspond to UK sizes. We also sell a Ring Sizer Tool.

What earring backs come with the earrings?

All of our stud earrings come with complimentary rubber backs or butterflies, which are very comfortable and secure. 

Is the packaging eco-friendly?

YES! Our entire packaging process is plastic-free and Eco-friendly.

Is gift wrap available?

YES! We have beautiful gift wrapping available at checkout for all of our products.

I have sensitive ears, will the earrings irritate my skin?

No! Our earrings are all handmade using hypoallergenic materials. Please see our Allergy policy for more information.

 Can I get a refund on the ring deal offer?

**Refund Policy for Ring Deals or discount codes:**
- Refunds are accepted for purchases made under our Ring Deal promotions.
- In the event of a return, the refund will be processed for the cheapest ring in the deal, regardless of which item is returned.
- Please note Personalised rings are non-refundable, whether purchased as part of a deal or not.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected the tracking option, please see the tracking number in your confirmation email and enter here.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch 1-5 working days after receiving your order, please visit our shipping page to see estimated delivery times.

My product is faulty or I have received something different to what I ordered, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@jewelleryhutuk.com. Please tell us your order number, what you were supposed to have received and a photograph of what you received from us. If you item is faulty, please contact us with a photograph of the faulty item.

My order is lost/stolen, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@jewelleryhutuk.com and provide us with your order number.

I have entered the wrong delivery address, how do I change it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@jewelleryhutuk.com and provide us with your order number and the new address you would like your order to be sent to. If you provide this after your order has been dispatched will we be unable to change this.
