How do I wear Infinity Hoops?
Open the hoop by placing the hoop between thumb and index finger of both hands, with the opening of the hoop in the middle. Twist, by bending right hand up and left hand down. Place the hoop in your ear and twist back.

My product is faulty or I have received something different to what I ordered, what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@jewelleryhutuk.com. Please tell us your order number, what you were supposed to have received and a photograph of what you received from us. If you item is faulty, please contact us with a photograph of the faulty item.
My order is lost/stolen, what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@jewelleryhutuk.com and provide us with your order number.
I have entered the wrong delivery address, how do I change?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@jewelleryhutuk.com and provide us with your order number and the new address you would like your order to be sent to. If you provide this after your order has been dispatched will we be unable to change this.
